Sales Operations Manager. A fast growing and - Aliyah Job Center

Job Description ? A fast growing and successful software company, is looking for a Sales Operations Manager. The mandate of Sales Operations Manager is to ensure the efficient and effective running of the day-to-day operations of sales organization, through an overarching perspective of company sales strategies, departmental structure and overall revenue growth.

Responsibilities include:

? Manage all sales forecasting / reporting (including being the key user of salesforce.com CRM system)
? Data Capture: customer information, competitive information, order details, product details, date (fiscal and calendar) etc.
? Partner with Sales Management on business planning and strategy for their respective sales areas
? Generate weekly forecast and metric reports & provide analysis for Sales Management and sales team - measuring success and weakness and provide analysis and recommendation for course correction
? Assist in the structuring and approval process of customers contracts
? Assist in all facets of sales planning, inclusive of regular updates to quotas, headcount and sales plan
? Program/project manager: manage key internal-division and cross-division projects and new initiatives
? Sales Tools: seek and provide additional sales tools for the team

Skills/Requirements

? Minimum 8 years of experience in a sales operations / business operations leading role in the high tech industry, preferably in the enterprise software sector
? Super strong analytical skills
? Superb MS Excel skills
? Experience using Salesforce.com ? major advantage
? Great interpersonal and communication skills
